Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (Ex): When a two headed troll sometimes fights with a weapon in each hand. Because each of its two heads control an arm, the troll doesn't take any attack or damage penalties for fighting with two weapons.

Double Vision (Ex): Since a two headed troll has two heads, it is treated as two creatures for the purposes of Listen and Spot Checks. In effect when making a Search, Spot or Listen roll the two headed troll gets two rolls.
